Some teams are easy to do an all-time draft team. Jacksonville requires a ton of work because there are so many awful drafted players over the years.

Running back is easy, and offensive line isn’t too hard, but good luck finding enough good defensive players. Longevity is rewarded in a big way in this, but Jacksonville is so bad at drafting that time logged in goes out the window at some spots.

What position is the worst? It’s easy.

The Jaguars are awful – really, REALLY awful – at drafting wide receivers. How bad are they? Phenomenal busts Matt Jones and Reggie Williams are still two of the three best receivers they’ve ever drafted, and Allen Robinson is the first and only Jacksonville wide receiver to ever go to a Pro Bowl.

These are players drafted by the team with 1) longevity, and 2) production for the Jaguars, not some other team, meaning everything.
