Benko Shines at Leopard Invitational

Men’s Results

Easton, Pa. – Lafayette’s Stephanie Benko finished second at the Leopard Invitational on Saturday morning. The junior finished the course in 23:04 to lead Lafayette. Andrew Warshauer was the first on the men’s side to cross the line, finishing in fifth with a time of 27:07. 

Jennifer Salvatore was the second Leopard to finish on the women’s side. The freshman came in 12th overall, crossing the line in 24:29. Simran Bains and Grace Watters finished in 17th and 18th with times of 24:50 and 24:59.

On the men’s side, sophomore Kevin Smith took 18th with a time of 28:18. Matthew Weintraub was next for Lafayette, placing 21st in 28:27. Freshman Tyler Pressl finished in 28:40, good for 25th place. 

Lafayette is back in action on November 1 at the Patriot League Championships in Bethlehem, Pa.
