June 3, 2015

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. – Four players with Patriot League ties are scheduled to participate in the 2015 Major League Lacrosse All-Star game on Saturday, June 13, at 7 p.m. ET at BBVA Compass Stadium in Houston, Texas. The game will be televised on the CBS Sports Network.

Rochester attack Jeremy Boltus (Army West Point), New York defender Joe Fletcher (Loyola) and Ohio midfielder Peter Baum (Colgate) are on the roster along with Chesapeake midfielder Matt Abbott, a current Colgate assistant coach. The teams will be coached by Denver Outlaws Head Coach, B.J. O’Hara and Rochester Rattlers Head Coach, Tim Soudan.

In a unique format this season, the players will be divided into two squads in a “playground style” draft the night before the big game. Hayden MacArthur and Ethan Sorkin, winners of the MLL Ultimate Fan Fantasy contest, will have the honor of choosing players for their respective team.

Boltus and Baum are tied for 12th in the MLL with 18 points on the season. A 2011 Tewaaraton Award finalist, Boltus has 15 goals and three assists for the Rattlers and Baum, the 2012 Tewaaraton winner, has 13 goals and five assists for the Machine.

Fletcher helps anchor an unbeaten Lizards defense that has allowed the fewest goals per game (10.1) on the season. Fletcher has collected 26 groundballs and also contributed the game-winning goal against Rochester. Since helping head coach Mike Murphy lead the Raiders to the NCAA Men’s Lacrosse Tournament, Abbott has six goals and five assists in six games for the Bayhawks.

Tickets for the 2015 MLL All-Star Game start at just $20 and are available online or by calling 1-888-929-7849. Tickets are also available at the BBVA Ticket Office which is open daily. For more information about the 2015 MLL All-Star Game, as well as the full 2015 regular season schedule, visit
