General News. Fordham’s Edmonds wins Patriot League Rockin’ Refuel� Performance

CENTER VALLY, Pa. — The Patriot League honored Fordham freshman running back Chase Edmonds with the Rockin’ Refuel® Performance of the Week after his record-breaking performance last Saturday.

Edmonds tied a Patriot League single-game record with five rushing touchdowns in a 48-27 win at Lehigh. He also ran for 197 yards, upping his League-best totals to 1,208 rushing yards and 1,611 all-purpose yards. He also has rushing 16 touchdowns on the season. All three of those stats rank second in the nation.

Edmonds will return to the field this weekend with a home game against Colgate, and fans can watch the game live and for free on the Patriot League Network. Log on to for the complete schedule.
