Morgan State edges Florida A&M 75-65

BALTIMORE (AP) Cedric Blossom had career-highs with 26 points and 14 rebounds to lead Morgan State over winless Florida A&M 75-65 on Saturday.

Blake Bozeman had 11 points and four rebounds and Donte Pretlow added 10 points and six assists for Morgan State (4-15, 2-3 Mid-Eastern Athletic). The Bears out-rebounded Florida A&M 47-34 and turned 20 offensive rebounds into 25 second-chance points.

Jermaine Ruttley had 28 points and 12 rebounds, Jorge Rosa had 15 and seven and Craig Bowman added 12 for the Rattlers (0-17, 0-4).

Up 12 at halftime, the Bears squandered the lead down to two points after a Rosa 3-pointer midway through the second half. Morgan State crawled back to a double-digit lead to seal the game capped by a steal and a transition dunk by Blossom to push the lead to 13 with 35 seconds left.
