SAN BRUNO, Calif. – The West Coast Conference has named its Men’s Basketball Player of the Week for December 22, 2014.
WEST COAST CONFERENCE PLAYER OF THE WEEK – DULANI ROBINSON, JR., G – PACIFIC
Junior guard Dulani Robinson hit the game-winning shot against Fresno State on Saturday and closed out both wins for the Tigers last week. After FSU tied the game at 68-68, he dribbled up the court and a hit a three-pointer with 1.1 seconds left to win it for Pacific. He had 12 points, including seven of the final nine Tiger points and the last five points for Pacific.
He scored 12 points against Nevada on Thursday, including the final eight points for the Tigers in the four-point win. He hit six straight free throws in the final moments, missed his last two attempts, but grabbed the rebound and laid it in for the final four point separation.
For the week he averaged 11.5 points and 4.0 assists per game.
