UCLA defensive lineman Kenny Clark says he is headed to NFL

LOS ANGELES (AP) UCLA defensive tackle Kenny Clark plans to skip his senior season to enter the NFL draft.

Clark announced his intentions Monday in a post on his Twitter account.

The 310-pound Clark made the all-Pac-12 first team this season, anchoring the Bruins’ defense with a combination of size, speed and run-stopping prowess.

He had 47 tackles and six sacks as a junior, capping his standout season with eight tackles in the Bruins’ upset loss to Nebraska in the Foster Farms Bowl last Saturday.

Clark also started all 13 games as a sophomore last season.
