Women’s Track and Field Tallies 29 to Patriot League Honor Roll

CENTER VALLEY, Pa. — The Navy women’s track and field team landed 29 student-athletes on the 2015 Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, which was announced by the league office on Friday.

Student-athletes needed a grade-point average of at least 3.20 during the 2015 spring semester and be a member of the track and field team during the indoor or outdoor season to earn a spot on the academic honor roll.

Four Navy track and field members tallied a perfect 4.0 GPA for the spring semester, which included recent graduate Emily Jensen (The Woodlands, Texas), rising senior Morgan O’Connor (Sammamish, Wash.) and rising juniors Tahler Bandarra (Naperville, Ill.) and Isabel Krause (Naples. Italy).

Along with Jensen, recent graduates Sarah Bernhardt (Conshohocken, Pa.), Shannon Cuthbert (Orange Park, Fla.), and Madeline Zell (Severna Park, Md.) earned academic honor roll status for the fourth-straight year.
