Michigan QB Alex Malzone is no longer being charged for altering a driver’s license.

Michigan backup quarterback Alex Malzone can officially put his recent legal troubles behind him.

According to the Detroit Free Press, the charge of altering a driver’s license that was hanging over his head has been dismissed by the court.

Cops ticketed Malzone on April 26, charging him for the altered driver’s license and disorderly conduct. Malzone paid a $175 fine for the latter.

Head coach Jim Harbaugh redshirted Malzone in his first season (2015) with the program. He’ll enter 2016 as a redshirt freshman.
