Four-star wide receiver Tyjon Lindsey narrowed his top schools down to 10 and tweeted the list out on Thursday.

Slowly but surely the recruiting process is picking up steam. Sure, there is still quite a bit of time to go in the 2017 cycle, but the recruits are the ones who shape the timeline.

Four-star wide receiver Tyjon Lindsey’s recruitment just became a little bit clearer on Thursday.

The nation’s No. 4 wide receiver and No. 29 overall player tweeted out his top 10 schools, and some of the usual powerhouses made the list.

Lindsey talked about some of his top schools last summer, mentioning Alabama, Arizona State, Oregon, USC, Utah and Washington. But only the Crimson Tide, Ducks and Trojans remain out of that group. The rest of his top 10 includes Texas A&M, Tennessee, Auburn, Nebraska, Ohio State, Notre Dame and Michigan.

Lindsey is a 5-foot-8, 165-pound speedster with “slot star” written all over him. He’s excellent after the catch, showcasing an ability to make multiple defenders miss with his agility.

While he’s an above-average route runner, Lindsey has excellent body control and strong hands. If he gets the ball in the flats or underneath in the middle, he can turn upfield in a hurry and take off for six.
