Everything you need to know about the Virginia vs. Bradley online live stream and TV broadcast, as well as game notes and prediction.

After a 30-4 season, and an early exit in the NCAA Tournament, the Virginia Cavaliers and Tony Bennett are bringing back three starters to make another run: Malcom Brogdon, London Perrantes and Anthony Gill.

UVA has been ranked in the top 10 in 25 consecutive AP polls since March 3, 2014, its longest span since 49 consecutive polls from 1980-83, but that ranking didn’t mean much when the Cavs lost to George Washington on the road, 73-68, on Monday.

Bradley is now going in a new direction with Brian Wardle in his first year as head coach. The Braves finished 9-24 last season and haven’t been to the NCAA Tournament since the 2005-06 season. A win against UVA would certainly look good on Wardle’s resume.

Below is everything you need to know about the game, including the Virginia vs. Bradley online live stream, TV broadcast information, game notes and prediction.

Prediction

This is UVA’s game to lose. Bennett’s guys have to be ticked off about losing to GW. That’s just now what a top 10 team is supposed to do, especially if three starters are returning from the previous year. Brogdon will have a game-high total in the points department — probably in the 20-25 range. Bradley won’t match the point production and shoot itself in the foot by putting the Cavs on the free throw line often.

  • Bradley head coach Brian Wardle served as head coach at Tony Bennett’s alma mater, Green Bay, for five seasons from 2010-15.
  • Virginia posted a 2-1 record against Green Bay during Brian Wardle’s tenure at the school.
  • Brogdon tallied a career-high 28 points at George Washington and leads UVA in scoring at 16.5 points per game.
