ACC football standings for Week 14 of the season. Clemson and Florida State proved yet again that they are not only two of the conference’s top teams, but a pair of the nation’s best squads.

What a weekend for the ACC. With several high-profile rivalry games against the SEC, the Atlantic Coast Conference flexed its muscles. Florida State wiped the floor with Florida, 31-13, in a victory that poured cold water over any outside chances the Gators may have had to make the College Football Playoff. Gerogia Tech upended Georgia, 28-27, in Clean, Old-Fashioned Hate to reach the eight-win mark in what was, at one point, considered a lost season. And Clemson very well could have requested a running clock in the second half of its 56-7 evisceration of South Carolina in the Palmetto Bowl.

Elsewhere, Louisville fell in a tight battle to Kentucky. The shaky performance may have put Lamar Jackson’s Heisman hopes on skates. And then how about Pittsburgh. The Panthers put up 76 points in a shootout with the Syracuse Orange, who posted 61 points of their own. And on Friday, NC State punished a UNC squad that was plagued by dropped passes and silly penalties.

With the regular season having reached its conclusion, here’s a look at the ACC football standings for Week 14.
