Colorado State comes into this one at 4-4 and off of a bye week, but its most recent matchup ended in a 42-23 win on the road at UNLV. That helped the Rams bounce back from a 28-23 loss to Boise State the week prior.

Fresno State is in a much different boat at 1-8. The Bulldogs, who fired head coach Tim DeRuyter midseason, have dropped their last seven games, and their last time out ended with a 31-21 loss to Air Force.
