Four-star wide receiver Donovan Peoples-Jones revealed his top five schools as National Signing Day about three months away.

The clock is winding down on yet another recruiting cycle. There’s about three months left until National Signing Day, which means it’s time for prospects to start making moves.

One of them is 4-star recruit Donovan Peoples-Jones, the No. 4 wide receiver and No. 34 overall player in the country. On Sunday, the Detroit native revealed his top five schools that he’ll be focusing on as his recruitment comes to a close.

His final five are Florida, Florida State, Michigan, Michigan State and Ohio State. Peoples-Jones also released a statement regarding his top schools.

“First, I want to thank God for blessing me with all of my abilities and opportunities. I would also like to thank each coach who has taken their time to recruit me along this process. I value the connections and relationships that I’ve encountered throughout this time. It has also been fun visiting so many new places. After praying on it, I will be moving forward with these select group of universities [sic].”

At 6-foot-3, 190 lbs Peoples-Jones is the definition of a No. 1 receiver, a true go-to target. He’s explosive on the outside, and possesses great body control and reliable hands.

Michigan is the favorite to land him, and he would fit right in with what Jim Harbaugh has going. Brandon Peters and Dylan McCaffrey are the future for the Wolverines at the quarterback position, and they’d have a true X receiver to throw to in the Big House.
