Projected AP Top 25 college football rankings heading into Week 6 of the season. The AP Poll may look very similar to this when it is released.

The Louisville-Clemson prime time Saturday night game certainly did not disappoint.

After blowing a huge lead and limiting the effectiveness of Cardinals star Lamar Jackson in the first half, the Tigers scored a late touchdown to escape with a victory after Jackson and the Cardinals stormed back in the third and fourth quarters. But don’t expect Bobby Petrino’s squad to fall too far in the rankings, as the Cards showed that they are still one of the nation’s best.

Meanwhile, Washington easily handled a wounded Stanford squad on Friday night, and the Huskies are proving that they are serious national contenders. Can they break their hex against Oregon next week?

Let’s take a look at how the Associated Press Top 25 voters may slot the best teams this week.
