When: Saturday, Nov. 26 – 3:30 p.m. ET
Where: Bulldog Stadium, Fresno, California
TV Broadcast: CBSSN
San Jose State (3-8) picked up two wins last month: Oct. 15 over Nevada, 14-10, and Oct. 29 over UNLV, 30-24. Since that win versus the Rebels, though, the Spartans have dropped back-to-back games to Boise State and Air Force. The Falcons took down San Jose State this past weekend, 41-38.
It’s been a nightmare of a season for Fresno State (1-10). The Bulldogs haven’t won since a Sept. 10 contest against Sacramento State, 31-3. Since then, Fresno State has lost its last nine games. It also fired Tim DeRuyter as its head coach and hired Jeff Tedford to replace him. This past weekend, Fresno State fell to Hawaii, 14-13.
When it comes to the all-time series, the Bulldogs still hold the advantage, 40-36-3. However, San Jose State took last year’s meeting, 49-23.

Matchup To Watch
Kenny Potter vs. Zach Kline
You’re not going to see Kline drop back 30 or 40 times and drive the ball down the field. He won’t drop it in the bucket over the secondary. But he can pick up yards and move the chains on the ground. San Jose State has to keep him from pulling the ball down and running for big chunks of yards. Conversely, the Bulldogs have to protect against Potter’s ability to run once the Spartans are in the red zone. He can do a lot of damage that way.
Spread: San Jose State -3
San Jose State vs. Fresno State Prediction
This will be all San Jos State for most of the game. Potter is going to rush for a couple of touchdowns and will get close to 100 rushing yards. Roberson will also find the end zone on the ground, and he will get over the century mark. Kline will throw for a touchdown and will run for a touchdown, but the Spartans are going to take this game.
