National College Football Powerhouses Return To AP Poll

Some of the top national college football powerhouses have not seen a high ranking in the AP Poll for over 10 years, but there are a handful of programs that seem to have returned to dominance so far in the 2016 season. Campus Insiders' Shae Peppler looks at the last time Washington, Tennessee, Miami, Nebraska and Colorado finished highest in the rankings and reveals why things have come full circle for one program.
