5. Frank Fazzini: Florida State- 79 Home Runs
Frank Fazzini is arguably the greatest hitter in the history of Florida State University. During his college career, Fazzini batted .369 and had 270 RBIs.
Florida State made the NCAA tournament in all three years of Frank Fazzini’s tenure at the school. He marked his name as one of the best home run hitters in college history with 79 home runs.
In 2015, Florida State honored Fazzini by inducting him into the FSU Hall of Fame.
4. Eddy Furniss: LSU- 80 Home Runs
LSU great Eddy Furniss comes in at #4 of the top 5 home run leaders in college baseball history. Furniss was one of the leaders of one of the greatest eras of LSU Tiger baseball.
Eddy helped LSU win back-to-back college world series championships, while also winning MVP honors in 1998. He was also the college hits and home run leader, who finished his college career with 80 home runs.
Furniss was also the all-time leader in RBIs with 309 and earned an induction into the College Baseball Hall of Fame.
3. Todd Greene: Georgia Southern- 88 Home Runs

Todd helped lead Georgia Southern to only their second college world series ever. This led Todd to a unanimous induction into the GSU Hall of Fame.
Greene later went on to have a successful professional career where he played 11 seasons for 6 different teams. He ended his career with a .252 batting average and hit 71 home runs.

Incaviglia went on to play in the MLB for 12 years for 9 different teams.
