Here are the six biggest come-from-behind wins in college basketball history.
Baylor vs Kansas(2025): 21 Points
The inspiration for this article was a recent game between Baylor and #11 Kansas. The Jayhawks dominated early and were up by 21 points by the beginning of the 3rd quarter.

BYU refused to go down and die and came back from that double-digit deficit. The Cougars shocked Iona with their comeback and won the game 78-72 to advance in the tournament.
Kentucky vs. LSU(1994): 31 Points
In 1994, Kentucky nearly tied the record for the biggest come-from-behind win in college basketball history. The LSU went up by 31 points against the illustrious Kentuck Wildcats program.
This game seemed all but done, but Kentucky refused to quit. They managed to bounce back and shock the Tigers by winning the game 99-95.

Duke vs. Tulane(1950): 32 Points
For 68 years, this game was at the top of the list of the biggest come-from-behind wins in college basketball history. In 1950, Duke wasn’t what they are today, but they were still a formidable program.
When Tulane University went up by 32 points, many assumed the game was done and started heading home. Somehow, a miracle occurred and the Duke Blue Devils were able to come back from this deficit and win 74-72.
Drexel vs. Delaware(2018): 34 Points
In 2018, the 68-year record for the biggest come-from-behind was broken by Drexel University. Not many eyes were on this game at the beginning, but towards the end of the game, everyone was watching.
Drexel shocked Delaware and the world to come back from the 34-point deficit to win 85-83. This record is sure to be a difficult one to break.
