Despite being an undersized wideout, Ryan Broyles was a standout WR at Oklahoma. During his freshman year, Broyles tied the school freshman completion record(46) and caught six touchdown passes.
His impressive freshman year helped Ryan become the top receiver on the team. Broyles balled his last three years in college by earning nearly 4k completion yards.
Despite tearing his ACL his senior year, Broyles finished 3rd on the list of the CFB most receiving yards list.
2. Trevor Insley(Nevada): 5,005 Yards

Coming in at #2 on the list of most receiving yards in college football history is Nevada legend Trevor insley. Insley recorded 5.005 completion yards during his incredible college football career.
In 1999, Trevor went on one of the most insane runs in CFB history. He set the single-season completion yard record with 2,060 yards and is still the only +2,000 yard season ever.
During that incredible season, Insley averaged 187 completion yards per game and had six +200 yard games.
